The ball (a blocker but airtime from my team is real)

Why derby? What drew you to this sport?
My mental health was kicking my ass and Severe of Nine found a bootcamp flyer. She kicked down my door, sprinted us into practice and now only my teammates can kick my ass :) The team is such a safe space that earnestly just want to see each other grow. An incredible group of people thats helped me at every single turn. The interest in learning something new drew me in. The warm welcome and silliness of everyday grabbed me tight and won’t let go.

What’s one random fact about you?
You get 2 fun things it’s a buy one get one shhhhh-

Food poisoning is something my body constantly wants to teach me about and a lesson that I absolutely refuse to learn.

I never touched skates before derby! Don’t let the level of anyone else scare you! Jump in and learn for your own fun I promise the things that make you happy are worth the effort it takes to do them!
